Process Configuration Tools
1) Fully implement all workshop and warehouse operation management units within the system according to the company actual production organization model.
2) Configure the flow of all levels of product materials between operation management units of all workshops and warehouses according to actual business, achieving completely independent operation documents.
3) Achieve operation isolation at the workshop section level, where each section can have independent manufacturing documents.
4) Achieve manufacturing routes with different steps for workshop section level operations. Each section can execute independent single-step, two-step (pick then produce), and three-step (pick, produce, then stock) production.
5) Correct dependency relationships when producing components at different levels within workshops or sections.
6) Components at different BOM levels can automatically execute correct pick/delivery routes. A common part existing at part, sub-assembly, and final assembly levels with different quantities will automatically generate three-direction pick/delivery slips based on respective quantities needed by each workshop after procurement.
7)
Procurement operations at the same purchasing warehouse can execute procurement routes with different steps, such as single-step procurement for small inspection-exempt materials, two-step receipt, and three-step procurement (receive, inspect, stock-in)
